Construction Sales Coordinator

Our client is looking for a collaborative and customer-focused Construction Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between long-term clients and project completion—offering expert support from initial concept through to the final build. • Base salary: $60,000 + commission (average $100,000-$170,000 total compensation).
• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday-Friday schedule

• Streamlining projects through effective planning/scheduling, purchasing, and process implementation
• Collaborate with sales manager and construction teams for seamless delivery
• Work with returning customers and referrals to define project scope
• Support estimating and cost evaluation alongside leadership
• Build trust-based client relationships through clear communication
• Coordinate timelines, contractors, and delivery details

• 3+ years of previous experience in a sales role
• Experience working with or managing commercial construction projects
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret contracts
• Knowledge of contractor workflows and timelines
• Understanding of profitability within job costing models

• PMP certification
• Previous experience with steel buildings
• Commercial drafting experience
