Construction Manager

This role will keep projects moving smoothly and ensure calculated coordination for all things needed on site. • The rate of pay will be $115 - $120K/year based on experience
• Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm) – some evenings and weekends as needed

• Oversee and coordinate big-picture project operations, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan
• Lead and supervise a team of foremen and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes within set timelines
• Manage the procurement of both materials and contractors, ensuring all resources are in place to maintain workflow and schedules
• Interpret blueprints and project drawings to effectively plan and execute stages of construction
• Develop and track project milestones, adjusting plans and schedules as needed to accommodate on-site challenges
• Monitor progress and proactively troubleshoot issues to keep the project moving forward
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle

• 5+ years experience as a project manager within commercial construction
• Post secondary education in relevant trade program or construction management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong people skills – including an ability to work well with different vendors, contractors, and suppliers
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal record check
• Must have a valid license and clean 5 year drivers abstract

• Journeyman Carpenter Certification
