Revit Specialist

Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our local client in their search for a Revit Specialist. The successful candidate will be experienced in Revit programs and be excited about perfecting drawings to meet and exceed client needs.

• The rate of pay will be $60-80K/year based on experience
• This will be a full-time, permanent position

• Creating proposal and final construction drawings that work within a set budget
• Utilizing all available resources to determine the best designs for client expectations and safety requirements
• Building strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors; focusing on an ability to understand requests and then effectively communication steps to get there
• Providing accurate cost calculations and take-off quotes
• Scheduling and delegating tasks according to production start dates
• Operating 3D programs and evaluating each phase to ensure success
• Seeking out potential business and client opportunities

• Post-secondary certification as a Drafting Technologist
• 2+ years’ experience in a drafting role working with Revit
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time-manage accordingly to meet deadlines
• Full understanding of Alberta building and safety codes
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

• Experience in construction industry (commercial, agricultural, or residential)
• Training and experience in Civil 3D or AutoCAD
