Site Supervisor

Our client is seeking a driven Construction Site Supervisor to lead site operations across impactful, large-scale projects. This is a key role ensuring construction activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule—directly influencing the success of each build from the ground up.

• The rate of pay will be $70K - $100K/year based on experience
• This will be a full-time, permanent position
• Hours of work may vary throughout the year, but are generally Mon-Fri, daytime hours.

• Lead daily on-site construction activities and personnel
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and project milestones
• Enforce safety regulations and host toolbox talks
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
• Maintain logs, daily reports, and equipment standards

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in project management tools and reporting software
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven leadership experience, managing multiple subcontractors on active sites

• First Aid and/or OSHA certification
• Diploma in construction management or similar
