    Our client is seeking a Production Manager (Main Line Manager – MLM) to join their Lethbridge Engine Center—home to the PT6 Center of Excellence and over 150 production team members. In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of production and service departments, leading supervisors across four shifts and driving results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
     
    You’ll play a hands-on role in daily operations, people leadership, and long-term strategy—contributing to one of the world’s most successful aircraft engine programs.

    Position Summary: 
    • Lead and coach a team of production supervisors
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
    • Manage operational performance including quality, output, and delivery
    • Maintain a strong floor presence, mentoring teams and resolving challenges
    • Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Support digital tool implementation and new product integration
    • Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling
    • Drive a high-performance culture and employee engagement
    • Manage budgets and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency
    • Foster collaboration across departments to meet business goals
    • Contribute to long-term operational strategy (1–5–10 years)
    • Ensure fair, transparent labor relations and uphold company values
    Required Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of people leadership experience
      (or Master’s with 7+ years in a related field such as operations, manufacturing, or engineering)
    • Proven leadership in a high-performance manufacturing setting, across multiple shifts.
    • Strong decision-making, communication, and strategic planning skills
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Proven ability to foster collaboration and build strong cross-functional relationships that drive collective success
    • Positive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
