Site Supervisor

We are working with our client as they search for a hands-on Site Supervisor to join their team. This role will serve as a vital link between project management and the boots-on-the-ground execution. • The rate of pay will be $85-$100K/year

• Oversee daily construction site operations
• Ensure timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations are met
• Monitor material needs and coordinate deliveries

• Troubleshoot issues and keep the project moving smoothly

• 3-5 years of experience managing crews within commercial construction sites
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and a focus on upholding company protocols
• Ability to coordinate across trades and maintain a project flow among contractors
• Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to critically evaluate situations
• Experience leading multi-faceted crews
