Successful candidate will be experienced in building processes within a team and well versed in business management.     Compensation & Hours:
    • The rate of pay will be $75K/year
    • This will be an in-office role located in Lethbridge, AB
    Position Summary:
    • Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline business processes and enhance productivity
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures across all divisions
    • Developing and maintaining reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Monitoring key operational metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for optimization
    • Preparing regular management reports and presentations to provide insights into operational performance
    • Monitoring financial performance and analyze variances against budget and forecasts
    • Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and initiatives to drive profitability and growth
    • Managing accounting, HR, and IT divisions; ensuring team development, compliance, and efficient workplace practices
    Required Qualifications:
    • 3-5+ years of experience in Finance Management, Operations, or Business Analyst roles
    • Post Secondary Education in Accounting, HR, or Business Management
    • Strong ability to pull and analyze data – summarizing, presenting, and providing solutions
    • Tech savvy – ability to implement and manage new systems and software’s within the division and company as a whole
    • Ability to work hands on as a collaborative member of the team within the context of the organization as a whole
    Bonus Points For:
