    Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client as they search for an Account Manager to join their team.     Compensation & Hours:

    • This role is expected to be $100K/year + (after training)
    • Some travel is expected, (70% in office, 30% travel)
     
    Position Summary:
    • Fostering genuine relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs, offering solutions, and providing prompt follow-up
    • Managing all aspects of customer accounts to ensure deadlines and pre-service requirements are met and post-sale checks are completed
    • Welcoming customers to the store front and showcasing product to effectively demonstrate its value
    • Identifying potential customers and contacts to build sales leads
    • Active listening and problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction remains the sole focus within all interactions
    • Working with ownership group to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Staying informed regarding market trends, competitor activities, and industry trends to ensure products are priced appropriately
    • Maintaining accurate client database and records, and tracking of sales activity
    • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and ensure customer needs are met
    • Assisting with customer financing options on an as needed basis
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of proven business development or project coordination experience with a drive to exceed expectations
    • A presence or energy that captures immediate attention
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including strong active listening skills
    • Can adapt to changing circumstances or challenging situations using well-developed problem-solving skills and remain accountable to decisions
    • Technologically literate; must be competent in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to travel within Western Canada
    • Post secondary education is preferred
    • This position is based in Lethbridge, AB. Successful candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the Lethbridge area
