Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties both in-Person and on the Phone
- Preparing Reports and Maintaining Records
- Invoice Payments both on the Phone and in-Person
- Respond to Customer Queries/Complaints
- General Office Duties
Requirements:
- Professional, Friendly and Clear Communication with Clients/Customers
- Detail Orientated and Organized
- Proficiency and Accuracy in Proof Reading, Spelling & Grammar
- Prioritizing tasks and Time management in a Busy Work Environment
- Strong Computer and Typing Skills including MS Office
We Offer:
- 35 Hour Work Week; Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm, 2:00pm – 4:30pm
- $20/hour
