The Alberta Sugar Beet Growers work for the local Alberta farmers who produce the only source of 100% Canadian Sugar through the growth of sugar beets. Through advocacy, quota administration, contract negotiations, and adherence to regulations, ASBG builds a strong and stable sugar industry in Southern Alberta. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors whom are elected from the various growing regions to ensure a sustainable and progressive industry exists for future generations.
