    Job Description
    Here’s how you will contribute as the Director of Services – Southwest with McMan South Region:
    • Provide forward-thinking executive leadership to 50+ employees who work in Southwest’s six program areas.
    • Ensure an active agency presence with local funders, people we service and community partners.
    • Work in collaboration with the South Region Senior Management team to further our strategic initiatives, create new services and strengthen existing practices.
    • To support the growth of leaders in the Region and Zone through coaching, training and supporting current and aspiring leaders.
    Your new position is full-time and is located in downtown Lethbridge, Alberta
    and includes oversight of services in Pincher Creek, Alberta
    Travel in Southern Alberta is required
    Annual Salary Range: $80,000 to $93,000

     Now, here’s what you need to get an interview:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (graduate degree preferred)
    • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience as a nonprofit manager
    • Experience in evidence based practice, proposal writing and contract/budget negotiations
    • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to coach and mentor;  demonstrated competency in mitigating risk; change/transition management skills
    • The ability to support others to solve problems.
