    Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): 

    • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers and growers.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, including social media outreach.
    • Process and manage new orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
    • Support inventory management, ensuring efficient stock control and organization.
    • Assist with Accounts Receivables functions.
    • Conduct crop scouting and field assessments to support agronomic insights and recommendations.
    • Collaborate in the planning and coordination of trade show events, including the Ag Expo.
    • Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations and team initiatives.

    Skills and Qualifications: 

    • Class 5 driver's license (minimum requirement)
    • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
    • Proven ability to engage in cold calling efforts
    • Demonstrated farmer-friendly communication style, fostering positive relationships within the agricultural community
    • proficient in utilizing a variety of software applications (Seedtrackr, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
    • Strong technical expertise in agronomic practices and applications with the ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations

    Schedule: Monday-Friday (some weekends may be required during planting seasons)
