The Small Business Success Series is an educational program for entrepreneurs to equip them with the skills and connections they need to run a business day-to-day.
Session #1 is Increase Your Productivity and Get More Done: Digital Tools for Business Success, with Peter Casurella of SouthGrow Regional Initiative.
Productivity is top of mind for many small business owners and employees, as most are already working hard to balance multiple roles and responsibilities. It's easy to think that the key to accomplishing more is to just work harder, faster or squeeze more into the day through better time management. This essential workshop unlocks the strategies and digital tools to help you manage your time more effectively.

- Stay focused and block out your schedule for top priority work- Learn more about organizing apps like Trello, Evernote, buffer

- Learn more about Freshbooks accounting Software and Joomla content management system

About the Presenter:
Peter Casurella is the Executive Director of the SouthGrow Regional Initiative, a non-profit economic development agency that represents the interests of 25 communities in south-central Alberta.
