Sharon Rempel of SACLA has spent the last six months researching the labour market in regards to those who are the most unlikely to be considered for competitive employment. This research has led to the development of a social innovation project called Catalyst which aims to provide significant service to employers related to diversity and inclusion consulting, training, recruitment and retention.
In her short session, Sharon will present research, concept assumptions and potential value propositions for employers who want to tap into a diverse and untapped labour market. The intent of this session is to obtain direct feedback to design services for employers that work to address barriers, solutions and opportunities for diverse and inclusive hiring.
