Join us for the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce's annual International Women's Day Breakfast on Monday, March 9, 2026, at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena.
The Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for the 2026 International Women’s Day Breakfast, a morning dedicated to connection, reflection, and community impact. This annual event brings together business leaders, professionals, and community members to celebrate women’s contributions and explore how shared leadership strengthens our region.
This year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, reminds us that meaningful progress happens when we invest in ourselves and one another. Through generosity of time, voice, and support, we create opportunity that extends far beyond individual success.
Guests will hear from two inspiring speakers whose work reflects leadership, service, and personal transformation.
Kaitlynn Weaver is the Executive Director of the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization, co-owner of BikeLane, an award-winning e-bike shop she owns with her husband, and Board President of New West Theatre. With more than a decade of experience in the human services and non-profit sector in southern Alberta, Kaitlynn brings a grounded, community-first perspective shaped by her deep commitment to service, collaboration, and local leadership. Her work demonstrates how giving back to community can create lasting impact across generations.
Renae Peterson is an international speaker, author, and certified spiritual psychology practitioner and empowerment coach devoted to helping women and teen girls reclaim their voice, intuition, and inner authority. With nearly two decades of experience guiding deep identity and leadership work, Renae integrates spiritual psychology, emotional mastery, nervous system regulation, and conscious leadership to support lasting transformation. She is the founder of Unwritten Academy, a program dedicated to equipping teen girls with internal confidence, emotional intelligence, and self-trust before the world tells them who they should be.Drawing from more than 20 years as a registered nurse specializing in palliative and home care, Renae brings a deeply human and grounded perspective to her work. Her keynote, “The Greatest Gift We Can Give the World Is the One We First Give Ourselves,” reflects her belief that when women reconnect with their inner authority and wholeness, they not only change their own lives, but expand what becomes possible for those around them.Together, these speakers will offer insight, reflection, and inspiration that align powerfully with the spirit of Give to Gain, inviting attendees to consider how personal growth, community leadership, and collective support are deeply interconnected.
In the spirit of the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, we are proud to support the YWCA Lethbridge by collecting donations at this year’s breakfast. Contributions will help support programs and services that empower women, children, and families in our community. Attendees are encouraged to give what they are able, knowing that even small acts of generosity can create meaningful change.Images
