Handling employee disciplinary situations is not easy and can be one of the most challenging duties for a manager or business owner. In this workshop, we will explore elements of performance management, such as setting clear expectations and holding employees accountable. We will also discuss actions that would warrant disciplinary measures, and look at a progressive discipline process and apply the principles learned in a case study exercise. The session will also include a presentation on effective leadership.
