She has been a Director of Sales, leading teams of 45 people with responsibilities to grow the revenue past 250 million. She’s helped take companies national through sales training, coaching and process development. Noelle’s extensive experience and knowledge has made her a growing expert in the field of sales.
As a business consultant, she came to realize that small business owners and solopreneurs were struggling with selling themselves and their products/services. She has since developed an Edu-coaching program for keen entrepreneurs who want to learn the art and science of sales through training and coaching. Educoaching intertwines training with coaching.
