Description
An intensive 3-day (24-hour) in-person certification program combining Lean, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and 2 Second Lean methodology. The program includes classroom instruction, hands-on simulation, and a final project requiring participants to identify a 20%+ cost savings opportunity. Led by Master Black Belt Eli Latak. No prerequisites required
